The Famous Women Dinner Service is a collection of 50 hand-decorated plates by Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant, celebrating remarkable women throughout history. Commissioned by art historian Kenneth Clark in 1932, they stand as a landmark in Bell and Grant’s acclaimed careers and remain one of the many treasures in Charleston’s collection.

Now, for the first time, perfect facsimile reproductions of the dinner service are available to purchase. Charleston is working in collaboration with 1882 Ltd. in Stoke-on-Trent to produce a special edition of these sets. Own an extraordinary piece of Bloomsbury history.
